Valerie Bender, DVM - Dr. Valerie Bender is from Geneva, Illinois, a suburb outside of the windy city of Chicago. At a young age, Valerie developed a passion for veterinary medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University, a small school in southern Kentucky, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois in 2018.

Valerie looks forward to forming long-term relationships with her clients, and believes that client education is an essential aspect of veterinary medicine. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis with her fiancé, Josh. She also enjoys spending time with family, and playing with her brother’s adorable Great Pyrenees, “Emma”.
